Wer Geschwister hat, weiß, dass Geschwister-Rivalität auch im höheren Alter durchaus in Erscheinung treten kann. So geschehen, wenn auch in humorvoller und öffentlicher Art, zum Beispiel bei folgendem Herrn (das Internet wird nicht müde, zu betonen, dass er Single ist) und seiner Zwillingsschwester.
Die Zwillingsschwester mit Namen Meredith wurde vor nicht wirklich langer Zeit zum zweiten Mal Mutter, schoss einen Haufen Baby-Fotos, postete diese in Sozialen Medien und sah dabei wohl ziemlich süß aus. Der Bruder, das Internet stellte ihn uns als Gordy Yates vor, organisierte sich eine Katze und stellte die süßen Baby-Fotos nach. Mit der Katze. Und schenkte die bezaubernden Bilder (Katzen sind süßer als Babies, kommt klar) anschließend seiner lieblichen Zwillingsschwester Meredith zum Geburtstag. Das Internet jubelt und wir in der Redaktion auch ein bisschen (zum Glück ist Gordy Single – SINGLE!).
Gordy Yates: Warum sich Baby-Fotos und Katzen-Fotos ähnlich sind
Das letzte, weil erwähnenswerte Wort überlassen wir hiermit dem Künstler und Katzen-Liebhaber selbst. Warum Katzen und Babies in seinen Augen in etwa gleich sind, erklärte Gordy im Blog Babble:
“They both like to eat off of and crawl on the floor, they both like to bite me, they’re both really small, they’re both really hard to control, and I can’t give birth to either of them.”
