Entgegen zeitweiligen Anscheins, sind Katzen keine Erfindung des Internets. Auch fernab digitalen cat contents erfreuen sich die „Fellinis“ großer Beliebtheit. Ihr Selbstbewusstsein kommt ja nicht von ungefähr. Das Nutztier-Dasein ist keines, das für Katzen jemals in Frage gekommen wäre. Katzen adeln, Katzen zieren, Katzen inspirieren.

Ganz wertfrei kann festgehalten werden, dass es ohne sie niemals cat content gegeben hätte. Auch keinen analogen. Und sicher hätte es auch den ein oder anderen literarischen BestFeller nicht gegeben. Denn wie anders könnte es sein, als dass diese als anmutig, mysteriös, grazil und begehrenswert verschrienen Tiere auch in die Literatur Eingang finden. Entweder „in persona“ oder oft auch, indem sie literarisch Schaffenden als Muse dienen und so zumindest indirekt an manch WeltbestFeller beteiligt sind.
